Starting out in the furniture manufacturing business with The StoneWood Gallery then by enlisting the help of other manufacturers we have been able to expand to bring all types of products, including lumber, flooring, outdoor decking, wall paneling, moldings, fencing, landscape timbers and more into the marketplace on a commercial level. With our second business, West Coast Juniper Distributing we are now the largest distributor of Western Juniper products in the world, shipping our items all across the country and the world.
Our customers include log home builders, building contractors, landscape contractors, lumber yards, nurseries, furniture manufacturers, and any one else looking for natural, organic, rustic character lumber products.
Juniper has been an overlooked resource since logging began in the 1800's. Due to its irregular growth, lumber mills were hesitant to work with juniper logs. With specialized production techniques we are now able to process juniper into the various products that we can bring to you today.
In todays evolving "Green Society" juniper is a perfect fit. The logs that we use come off forest restoration, rangeland restoration and watershed restoration projects. Small, selective-picking of the timber is beneficial in encouraging regrowth of pine seedlings and saplings in these forests that have been devastated of their old growth for commercial uses.
